Homemade Hot Chocolate Mix
Most people rely on store-bought hot chocolate mixes that come in single-serving bags. Regardless, it is quite easy to make a more delicious homemade hot chocolate mix. Below are a few simple recipes which you can easily prepare at home for you family or yourself.
Ingredients:
- 1 (8 qt.) box powdered milk
- 1 (3 pound) box Nestle Quick
- 1/2 to 1 cup powdered sugar
- 6 to 8 ounces coffee creamer powder
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. To make a cup of hot chocolate, add 1/3 cup of the mix to a cup of boiling water.
3. This keeps indefinitely in a covered container.
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 3 cup powdered milk
- Dash of salt
Instructions:
1. Sift all ingredients together and store in a cool, dry place.
2. When ready to use, add 2 tablespoons mix to each 4 ounce cup of boiling water.
3. Marshmallows or a dollop of whipped cream optional.

- 1 (1 pound) can Hershey's instant chocolate mix
- 1 box instant Carnation powder milk
- 1 (6 ounces) jar Coffee Mate
- 2 tablespoon 10x sugar
Instructions:
1. Mix in large container.
2. Store in airtight container.
3. Use 4 heaping teaspoons per cup.

- 11 ounces Coffee Mate
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 1 pound Nestle Quick mix
Instructions:
1. Mix well in large bowl and store in canister.
2. Use 5 heaping teaspoons per cup of hot water.
